Forest Bathing Meditation with Dan at Sterling Forest

We came. We forest bathed. And we did it all before the rains this past Sunday.
I met Dan in 2018 on a wakeboarding trip (yeah, go figure). He later started his journey of getting certified in meditation, then forest bathing, then mindfulness. He guided his first meditation for Outerthere back in 2021.
Now he's about to start teaching other coaches. And he's in Astoria, too 🙌
Thank you Dan for guiding forest bathing sessions for us this season. And for being open to my suggestions for barefoot walks and 1-hour campfires 🙏

And I can't wrap without sending extra special love to our very own Holly, who at 80-something reminds me that Outerthere is as inclusive and diverse as NYC. Word. That's how we roll.
