Summer Friday Group Hike at Wawayanda Lake Beach

Jul started under a heat dome that had local temps over 100 (Fahrenheit) for multiple days in a row. ⁠

Friday was bad. 7 of you decided it was too hot 🥵 9 of you still went 🙏⁠
⁠
Instead of 6 miles, we hiked 1. To a dam pretending to be a waterfall.⁠
⁠
Then we stayed at the beach the rest of the morning. And it was amazing 🤩⁠

The water was warm. The fam was chillin'. And Jin brought watermelon because of course he did.⁠
⁠
Thanks fam for helping me kick off the 2nd run of Summer Fridays. It was sooo perfect 🙏
