When you're freaking out, you breathe shallow.
When you're angry, you're breathing hard.
When you're relaxing, you exhale.
When you're sound asleep, you're breathing.
And each type of breathing does something amazing to your body, your mind and your health, from good vibes to core memories to trauma.
Breathwork is about controlling your breath so you can manage all of this when you want instead of letting things manage your feelings and health.Β
