Kayaking Trip To A Beautiful, Protected Tidal Marsh and Bird Sanctuary
You can pretty much paddle anywhere on the Hudson aka the “river that flows two ways”.
New York's river stretches 315 miles from the Adirondacks all the way down to the Atlantic Ocean but on this trip, we're paddling a special section of it in Putnam County.
The protected waters of Constitution Marsh is a unique and beautiful tidal marsh and bird sanctuary that also gets its water from the Hudson.
This will be a leisurely kinda day.
Kayak, paddle, flotation devices and instruction are included.
WHAT TO EXPECT*
- 10:30am Arrive at destination, checkin, fitting, instructions
- 11am Begin trip
- 12:30p ~Arrive at midpoint, explore, lunch
- 1p Return to shore
- 3p ~Conclude trip
