HISTORY
This is public river access for the Upper Delaware River located near River Mile 295.5 on the New York side on the river, across the river from Milanville, Pennsylvania. This access is owned by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NY DEC). Private campgrounds are available nearby. Please note the Skinners Falls-Milanville Bridge was taken down in the spring of 2025. The closest river crossings to the access are the Narrowsburg Bridge to the south and Damascus-Cochecton Bridge to the north.
