Dan is the founder of DMsadhana. He is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher with the International Mindfulness Teacher's Association and has been practicing mindfulness and meditation since 2013. With experience in the insight meditation tradition, he has studied throughout the U.S. with reputable meditation teachers and organizations and now teaches with the intention of inviting others to cultivate their own meditation skills.
