Hi! We are Ryde and our vans are available to get you and your group from your preferred pickup to amazing destinations! Think of us a ride share service, but for the outdoors.
Our experienced, punctual and safe drivers will pick up you and your guests, friends, family, church group, sports team, band and/or company up and get you out of NYC. We come to you, don't stress about picking up early and drop off after trip at inconvenient times.

General Trip Information
NEED TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION?
You are eligible for a full refund or credit if you cancel your reservation more than 9 days before you need your van/driver.
You are eligible for a credit only minus a cancellation fee of 25% of your total reservation amount if you cancel within 9 days before you need your van/driver.
RANGE
Your reservations includes a standard 300-mile range (back and forth).
There is a 20-cents-per-mile fee added to reservations that need to go more than 300 miles.
If your destination is beyond that range, you will be sent a custom invoice that includes your total reservation fee and your Ryde will be confirmed upon payment.
DRIVER SAFETY
Ryde has a zero-tolerance policy for harrassment of any kind.
Your driver is empowered to end your trip if their safety is compromised by the behavior of you or your guests.
PICKUPS
Select up to 2 pickups/dropoffs.
Your route and itinerary will be shared with you 24 hours prior to your trip.
ABOUT YOUR DRIVER
Hi! My name is Al and I'll be your driver for your reservation! I have evasive driving training (same as secret service presidential drivers) by VDI and overlanding (off-road driving to get you closer to your trailhead or campsite) by OEX. I'm looking forward to making your journey safe and worry-free.
