PRICING

  • 12-Passenger vans $500/day (24 hour period). Includes driver. There is a mandatory security deposit of $500 to rent this vehicle which is refunded upon return of van in the same condition it was rented to you.
  • 6-Passenger minivans $200/day  (24 hour period). Includes driver. There is a mandatory security deposit of $200 to rent this vehicle which is refunded upon return of van in the same condition it was rented to you.
  • Standard driver rate of $33/hour with a minimum of 4 hours is included in your van rental. Driver is limited to 8 hours driving per day at no additional cost. Every additional driving hour will be billed at $50/hour.
  • Select up to 2 pickups/dropoffs you want within the New York Metro Area. Your route and itinerary will be shared with you 72 hours prior to your trip.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RESERVATION

  • PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR DATE VIA THE CHATBOX BELOW BEFORE YOU RESERVE. ONCE YOUR DATE IS CONFIRMED, PLEASE RESERVE AND INCLUDE IN THE COMMENTS WITH YOUR RESERVATION.
  • If you change your mind for any reason and are able to cancel more than 9 days before your reservation, you'll get 100% refund, no questions asked. If you cancel within 9 days of your reservation, you will be refunded your reservation fee minus a 20% cancellation fee.
  • By making a security deposit, you agree to cover any damage to our vehicles resulting from anything other than normal use. Damages include but are not limited to tears, rips, stains, punctures, scratches, odors, broken windows, inoperable seat belts and/or doors inside of vehicle; scratches, foreign materials (i.e. paint, acid), dents, and any other visible changes to exterior of the vehicle. If there are no damages (as agreed upon by both parties) at the conclusion of your trip, you will receive a full refund of your security deposit upon return of our vehicle.
  • By reserving a RYDE, you agree to use our vehicles for transporting guests and their belongings and no other use between destinations.
  • RYDE is a service provided in partnership with Outerthere.com (they provide our reservation system).

ABOUT YOUR SHUTTLE

Your shuttle van is a commercially-insured 12-, 13- or 15-seat passenger vans with up to 460 cubic feet of interior space and privately-insured 7-seat minivans with up to 144 cubic feet of interior space.

They're able to go places where larger vehicles cannot and are better suited for smaller groups.

The interiors of our vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before every trip by your driver.

    FAQs

    Can I cancel my shuttle ride after I've reserved it? As you may already know, we have an awesome refund & cancellation policy and your shuttle fee will be refunded instantly upon request, no questions with advanced notice.

    However, if you change your mind on the day of your pickup; or you appear physically unable to ride in our vehicle (i.e. you're sick or intoxicated); or if your behavior is threatening or harmful to other passengers or your driver and you are not permitted to enter the vehicle by your driver, we unfortunately will not be able to refund you.

    And hey, it's OK if you do not feel comfortable for any reason, and we won't take offense. 

         

    AFTER YOU BOOK

    All the details about your trip - including the most up-to-date weather, packing list and itinerary (especially for pickups) - lands in your inbox 72 hours prior to your trip date.

    The sender will be "Al at Outerthere" and the subject of the Welcome email will be "Welcome to [name of trip]" and is only sent from info@  outerthere.com.

    Here's what it'll look like in your inbox:

    Please make sure you let your Gmail/iPhone know that this sender and email address are important. 

    Additionally, you should have received a confirmation for your reservation and a separate Thank You email with the subject, "You've reserved a trip on Outerthere!"

    If your trip is within 72 hours and you still haven't seen any emails from us, please check your spam folder or "newsletters" folder in Gmail.

    In the meantime, if you have any questions, ask us in the chatbox here or reply to any email you've received from our official email, info@ outerthere.com.
