In 2023 we launched a Frequent Fam Program where you'll earn 1 free trip for every 10 trips you book on Outerthere.com!* It's that simple. 

But, it gets better. Not only is everyone automatically entered into this program, every trip you've reserved in the last 365 days will be RETROACTIVELY applied to get you closer to your free trip!

That's right, fam!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do all trips qualify towards my punches? Yes! With some exceptions: trips that you canceled or we canceled and a refund was issued do not qualify. Also, trips reserved with your unlimited pass do not count towards towards punches. Sorry, fam.

Do trips I've reserved with a discount code count towards my punches? Yes! Again, the only exceptions are trips reserved with your unlimited pass (which also requires a unique code).

Can I transfer my punches to someone else? Yup! Sure can.

What if I cannot remember my login? No worries! Just ask us in the chat at the bottom of this page and we can check for you.

What happens when I fill out my punch card? No action necessary. Every 10 trips entitles you to 1 free one from the trips below. Your punch card automatically resets after each free trip you book.

Does my free trip expire? No. Use it anytime. We recommend saving it for when that awesome trip you really want shows up on this page.

Can I accumulate free trips? Yes!

Please note that the FREQUENTFAM code will only work after every 10 reservations.

All 10 trips must be within same calendar year. So, if you book 9 in 2023 starting today, then another on your 370th day, it unfortunately doesn't count. You'll reset back to 0. In other words, your accumulated trips do not carry over into the next year.

Your free trip(s) must be used within the same calendar year. Sorry, fam, but free trips also don't carry over into your next year.

Although shuttle-only trips count towards your free trip, when roundtrip shuttle is listed as an add-on to a trip, it does not count towards your free trip.

Equipment reservations also do not count towards your reservations.
