Outerthere is partnering with Shawn Axelbank of heyyoutfit for beginner bodyweight workouts specifically designed for the trail to make us stronger hikers. Expect to utilize hills, natural steps and even your backpack as extra weight to increase our heart rate and make us feel great while having fun.
Shawn is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor who has been working at some of the top studios and gyms around NYC. She loves getting outdoors and believes that fitness should be fun and enjoyable as well as challenging.
